Please note that if you are looking to redomicile or transfer the registered agent from another administrator to Sterling the company will either have to be brought back into good standing prior to the transfer or as part of the transfer with the fees being paid to Sterling and Sterling then settling the outstanding fees. It is easier and less time consuming for you to settle these first asking the current administrator to prorate any annual fees that are paid in advance. Sterling will likewise prorate its annual fees to the next renewal date (i.e. the date the annual government/regulatory fees are due which is usually the anniversary of the incorporation).

The desired jurisdiction of the new formation or redomiciliation if applicable or where the current company is incorporated in the case of a transfer of administration of an existing company to Sterling.
