If you are permitted to collect and retain client information as a professional intermediary client of Sterling, please indicate whether or not you are prevented by law, confidentiality or data protection law or agreement from providing us with supporting KYC/DD of persons associated with any entity established by us on your request should we require this for a routine check or otherwise.
